Messages Overview

In addition to responding to leads and inquiries through your WeddingWire account and via email, you can also do so easily through the Client Manager app. 

 

Responding to a Message

  • Open the app 
  • Find the client's name who you'd like to respond to 
  • Tap the client's name
  • At the bottom of the screen, tap the text box and type your message
  • Click 'Send'

Calling a Client

  • Open the app
  • Find the client's name who you'd like to call
  • Tap the client's name
  • If the client has provided a phone number, you'll be able to tap 'Call' at the top of the screen

 

Please note, deleting or flagging messages, adding attachments, and using quick replies can only be done using the desktop version of WeddingWire.
