An engaged couple is able to add users to their WeddingWire account at any time. Other user types such as Mother of the Bride, Father of the Groom, etc. will not be able to add additional users to a couples' account. If you are not the engaged couple, please reach out to them directly to add other users to their account.
In order to do this, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your WeddingWire account
- Hover over your name in the top right corner
- Click 'My Settings' from the drop down list
- Click "Manage Settings for" dropdown and select "+ New User"
- Select role for that user
- Enter user information (name, email, and country are required)
- Click "Save Settings" at the bottom of the screen
After you add a user to an account, an email will be sent to that individual with instructions on how to complete their account registration process and create a password. If they do not receive this email, they will not be able to login. Please contact us with the 'Email Us' button below if they do not receive this email.
