Manually Mark a Date as Unavailable

If you would like to mark a date that you might normally be available as unavailable, please follow the steps below:  

  • Log in to your WeddingWire account
  • Click the Availability icon on the top navigation bar
  • Use the year selector, and month tabs to locate the date you are unavailable for
  • Click the toggle on the right from ‘Yes’ Available to ‘No’ Unavailable
  • That date will then be added to the Unavailable list and can be toggled back to ‘Available’ if needed
