Understanding How Bookings are Added to you Availability List

WeddingWire pulls in bookings to your Availability list the following ways:

  • You add a booking directly to the Availability feature
  • You add a booking to your WeddingWire CRM
  • A couple writes a review for your business prior to their event date
  • A couple marks you as their booked vendor within their account


Events that include ‘View Event Details’ Link

Only bookings that you have added to Availability directly or through the WeddingWire CRM will include a link to ‘view event details’. If that link does not appear next to a listed event on your Availability feature, then that indicates the event was added from a couple account.
