Responding to a Lead from your Email Inbox

You can respond to lead directly from your email inbox by following the steps below:

 

  • Log into your email inbox (your email address should be the same as the one you use to log into your WeddingWire account)
  • Click on the email sent from the client
    • An example of a new lead subject line is:  ‘New lead from John Doe’
    • An example of a new message subject line is: ‘New message from John Doe’
  • From here you can either:
    • Respond directly to the client by clicking the reply button in your email interface
    • Click the ‘Reply on WeddingWire’ button to respond by logging in to your account and going to Messages
  • Your message response will always be sent to the client’s email address and be accessible in their WeddingWire account
  • Your message response will also be reflected in your Messages in your WeddingWire account
