Updating a Client Site Password

To update the password a client will use to access their Client Site:

  • Log into your WeddingWire account
  • Select 'Bookings' under the 'Clients' tab
  • Click on the clients name
  • Under the 'Client Site' heading you will see the Password listed
  • Click 'Change' next to the Password listed
    • The default password is the event date
  • Update the password for your client in the 'Password' field, and add a 'Password Hint'
  • Click 'Save' when you are done
