Creating an Invoice for an Upcoming Payment

Invoices must be created from payment schedules, so if you have created a manual booking, find directions for creating your payment schedule here.  

To create an invoice from within your WeddingWire account:

  • Hover over the 'Clients' tab and select 'Bookings'
  • Click the 'contact name'
  • Scroll down to the 'Payment Schedule' tab
  • Next to each scheduled payment, you will see a link to 'Create Invoice'

  • Edit as needed and click 'Publish Invoice' when you are done
  • If you do not want to send an email to your client notifying them that their invoice is available, click 'To skip, click here'
