Adding a SmartTask to a Product or Service

To add a SmartTask to a specific product or service, to then be applied to each client and contract that includes this product, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your WeddingWire account
  • Hover over the gear settings icon and select 'Products and Packages'
  • Select the 'SmartTask' tab
  • Click the 'Add Task' button
  • Under 'Select an item,' choose the appropriate product or service from the drop-down list
  • Type your task into the 'Task' section. This task is for you, so be as detailed as you need to be
  • Under 'Due,' select when this task will need to be accomplished
  • Click 'Save' when you are done
