Adding an Attachment when Responding to an Inquiry

To create a document attachment for your WeddingWire inquiries:

  • Log into your account
  • Hover over the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen
  • Choose 'Client Response' from the drop down list
  • Click the 'Add Attachment' button
  • Choose the file from your computer and click 'Open'


To then attach a document to an inquiry response:

  • Under 'Clients' select 'Inquiries'
  • Select the name of the inquiry
  • Click 'Email this Client'
  • Once you have drafted your email, click 'Attach a File' button at the bottom of the page
  • Choose the appropriate attachment from the list (or upload a new one)
  • Click 'Select Attachment' button
    • You can add up to five (5) attachments to each email

 

To delete or remove any attachments you have added to your settings, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your vendor WeddingWire account
  • Hover over the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen
  • Choose 'Client Response' under 'Client Settings' from the drop down list
  • Under the 'Attachments' section, click the trashcan icon to the right of the document name
  • Click 'Yes' on the confirmation pop up box
