Dispute a review on Review Manager App

To dispute a review on your 'My Reviews' app, please follow the steps below:

 

  • Open up the app on your phone and ensure you are logged in to your vendor account
  • On the main screen, tap the review that you would like to dispute
  • Click 'Dispute'
  • Select the reason you would like to dispute the review. For more information regarding our verification process, please be sure to refer to the Disputed Reviews FAQ
  • Click 'Submit' *please remember, the reviewer will be automatically notified that their review was disputed once you submit a dispute*
  • Confirm you would like to submit your dispute

 

On the main app homepage, a red triangle icon will appear next to the review that you disputed.
