Email Guests added to Guest List

Any guests whose email addresses you have saved under Guest settings you can easily email using your WeddingWire account.

 

To add an email address to a guest within your Guest List:

  • Log in to your WeddingWire account
  • Hover over 'Planning Tools' and select 'Guest List'
  • Click a specific event tab (i.e. Ceremony)
  • Click the name of the guest
  • In the pop up box for that guest, enter their Email address
  • Click 'Save & Close'


To send out emails please follow the directions below:

  • Log into your WeddingWire account 
  • Hover over 'Planning Tools' and select 'Wedding Website'
  • Click 'Share via Email' 
  • To email guest whose email addresses you have saved in your Guest List, click 'Select from Guest List' under the To
  • Within "Select Guests'' box, check all guests you want to email and then click 'Done'
  • Otherwise if the individuals email address is not saved in your account, you can type in their email address manually in the "To" field. 
    • Note: There can only be a max of 4,000 characters in the 'To:' field
  • Type Subject and Message
  • Choose if you want to include your website link or not
  • Click 'Send Email'
