Adding a Task to an Inquiry

To add a task to an existing inquiry, please follow the steps below:

 

  • Log in to your WeddingWire account
  • Select 'Inquiries' under the 'Clients' tab
  • Click the name of an inquiry to view full details
  • Click the 'Add Task' button (next to the 'Tasks' heading)
  • Fill out the description of this task as thoroughly as necessary
  • Choose when this task will be due (either on a specific day or before, day-of, or after the event)
  • If you have already completed this task, you can click the 'Mark Completed' check-box
  • Choose either 'Save and Close' if you are finished, or 'Save and Add Another' to create an additional task for this inquiry
