To cancel a contract that was previously published to the Client Site:
- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Under 'Clients select 'Inquiries'
- Click the arrow to the right of the appropriate inquiry name
- Click the 'View Contract' button
- Click the down arrow next to the 'Email Contract' button, and select 'Cancel Online Contract'
- In the pop-up, choose to also update the status of this inquiry by clicking the check-box and choose a reason from the options provided (*This will move the lead to your 'Archive' folder)
- Click 'Yes'
