Adjusting Guest Book Approval Settings

You can view and approve all guest book posts before they are published to your profile and wedding website



To require approval from within your Tool Settings:

  • Log in to your account
  • Hover over your name at the top right corner of the page
  • Click 'My Settings' from the drop down menu
  • Select 'Tool Settings'
  • Click 'Yes' next to 'Require Approval of Guest Book Posts?'
  • Click 'Update Profile Settings'
  • This change will be automatically reflected within your Wedding Website settings

 

 


To adjust your approval settings within your wedding website editor:

  • Log in to your account
  • Under 'Planning Tools' select 'Wedding Website'
  • Click 'Edit Website'
  • Click your Guest Book page in the left rail
  • While hovering over the Guest Book section click on the wrench icon
  • Next to 'Require approval of Guest Book posts' turn the switch to 'Yes'
  • Click 'Save Changes'

 

 


After guests' have signed your guest book, to approve their posts please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Hover over your name at the top, right corner of the screen and click 'My Profile'
  • Scroll down to the heading 'Guest Book'
  • You will see an 'alert' message letting you know how many messages are currently waiting for approval
  • Click 'View All'
  • Under each message, click either 'Approve Message' or 'Delete Message'
