Any guests whose email addresses you have saved under your Guest List you can easily email using your WeddingWire account.
To send out emails please follow the directions below:
- Log into your account
- Click 'Planning Tools' and then 'Wedding Website'
- Click the 'Share via Email' button
- Make sure the email address next to 'Reply to' is the email you want all responses to your emails to be sent to
- To email a guest whose email addresses you have saved on your account, click 'Select from Guest List' under To*:
- Within the 'Select Guests' box, check all guests you want to email and click done
- Otherwise, if the individual's email address is not saved in your account, you can type in their email address directly in the 'To' field
- Type message & message subject heading
- Check whether or not you want your website link included in the email
- Click the 'Send Email' button
Responses to this email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
