Not Receiving Confirmation Email

  • If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk email box as some email clients filter the confirmation email into this box. The email should be sent from "email@emailsweddingwire.com"
  • If you click on the link and get an error page or the link is not 'clickable,' this is because some email clients break up the confirmation link in the automated confirmation email. Try copying and pasting all of the link text into your browser window. This should enable you to confirm your account.
  • If you deleted your confirmation email by mistake, you can check your 'Trash' box immediately to recover.
  • If you still experience difficulties, please contact us directly using the "Email Us" button below!
