Posting a response on Review Manager App

 

To post a response to a review on your 'My Reviews' app, please follow the steps below:
 
  • Open up the app on your phone and ensure you are logged in to your vendor account
  • On the main screen under the 'Reviews' feed, tap on the review you would like to add a response to
  • Click 'Respond'
  • Enter in your response to the review
    *As a reminder, responses to a review can only be 2,000 characters maximum
  • Once you have typed your response, click 'Submit' and confirm you would like your response posted
