Budget Tool

To indicate a specific item or service has been paid for within your Budget, please follow the steps below:

  • Ensure you are logged in to the WeddingWire App
  • Tap the three bar menu icon in the top left



  • Tap the 'Budget' button



  • Tap on the specific item or service, such as 'Band'



  • Tap the orange 'Payments' tab


  • Tap 'Add Payment'
    • Please note: The item's actual amount must be entered for that budget item, rather than estimated amount, before you can enter any payments that have been made




  • Enter in the Payment information
  • Tap 'Save' when the information has been filled out

 

To add an item to your Budget, please follow the steps below:

  • Ensure you are logged in to the WeddingWire App
  • Tap the three bar menu icon in the top left
  • Tap the 'Budget' button
  • Tap 'Add New Item'


  • Fill out the information for the new item or service
  • Tap 'Save'

To reset your Budget, please follow the steps below:

  • Ensure you are logged in to the WeddingWire App
  • Tap the three bar menu icon in the top left
  • Tap the 'Budget' button
  • Scroll to the end of the listed items and tap the 'Reset Budget' button

  • Enter your new budget amount, type 'DELETE' in the 'DELETE' text box, then tap 'Reset'



To remove an item from your Budget, please follow the steps below:

  • Ensure you are logged in to the WeddingWire App
  • Tap the three bar menu icon in the top left
  • Tap the 'Budget' button
  • Tap on the specific item that you are looking to remove



  • Scroll to the bottom of the information for that item and tap the red 'Delete' button



  • Click 'OK' in the "Are you sure.." pop up
