How do I add custom items to my Seating Chart (DJ booth, cake stand, etc.)?

To add custom items such as a DJ, Bar, Cake or podium, please follow these steps from within your account:
  • Click "My Planner", then click "Seating"
  • Click "Add Custom Item" button (the fifth button from the left)
  • Select the item you wish to add
  • Click "Create" when finished

Also by using the Add Custom item feature you can add a dance floor.  To do this please follow these steps:

  • Click "Add Custom Item" button
  • For Item Name you can type in "Dance Floor"
  • For Item Shape click Downward arrow to select square or rectangle
  • For Item Size add size
  • Click "Create" when finished
