1) Getting Ready to Use Online RSVP application to your Wedding Website

In order to use the RSVP application onto your Wedding Website, you MUST add guests to your Guest List. You must also add guests to the specific events as well.

2) Adding the RSVP application to your Wedding Website

- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Wedding Website’
- Click ‘Add App’ then next to ‘RSVP’ click ‘Add’
- Configure the RSVP application by selecting the events you want your guests to RSVP for
- If there are meals choices, beside "Show Meals" select the events where guests can choose their meal (you can also 'configure your meals' by clicking on the link provided)
- Choose the way you'd like guests to be able to search for themselves on your Wedding Website by selecting either 'First or Last' name or 'First and last name required'
- Click "Save" when finished


3) 'Track Invitations' from your Guest List

- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Guests’
- Click on the event tab you’d like to edit
- Click ‘Settings'
- Check the box for 'Track invitations for this event'
- Click 'Save'

*Note: you must complete the above for every event you want your guests' to be able to RSVP for through your Wedding Website!


4) Update Meal Selections for your Event

- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Guests’
- Click on the event tab you’d like to edit
- Click ‘Settings'
- Check the box for ‘Track meals for this event’
- In the ‘Meals’ box, delete the meals you will not be offering. You may also add meals to the selection by typing the name of the entrée and clicking ‘Add’
- The meals that appear in the ‘Meals’ box should be the meals from which your guests may select
- Click ‘Save’


5) Invite guests to your Wedding Website to RSVP
Be sure to share your wedding website with your wedding guests either via email or on your save the date cards. Once guests click the RSVP page on your Wedding Website, they will be prompted to provide their first and last name (depending on your preference as referenced above, they will either be required to enter only one or both!). WeddingWire will then match their last name to your guest list.

- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Wedding Website’
- Click the “Share” tab
- Enter your guest’s e-mail addresses then click ‘Send’

*Please note that we do NOT offer 'open' RSVPs.  To allow a guest to RSVP to your event, they MUST be added to your WeddingWire Guestlist
