Seating Chart Tutorial

1) How to enable your Seating Chart
- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Guests’
- Select a specific event tab
- Click ‘Settings’
- Check the ‘Design seating arrangement for this event’ box
- Click ‘Save’ when finished


2) How to Add Guests to your Seating Chart
*Guests must be first added to your Guest list for that specific event before you can seat them in your Seating Chart
- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Guests’
- Select a specific event tab
- Click ‘Add guests’
- When you have finished adding guests, return to your Seating Chart and proceed to seat guest


3) How to navigate between events in your Seating Chart
- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Seating’
- At the top of your seating chart, click on the dropdown menu labeled ‘change’ and choose a different event’s seating chart


4) How to seat your guests
- Log into your WeddingWire account
- Click ‘My Wedding’ then ‘Seating’
- Add tables to your floor plan by selecting the circle, square, or rectangle button
- Drag and drop the table to the desired location
- Click on the name of the Household you want to seat, then drag the Household to a table
- To move individual guests to different tables, simply click and hold then drag that guest to the desired table.  Then release.
- To unseat a guest, click and hold and drag that guest back to the list on the right.  Then release.

*Please Note: Only guests who have either RSVPd 'YES' or have yet to RSVP will be included on your Seating Chart.  Those guest who have RSVPd 'NO' will not be available to seat on this chart.
